DESIGN PACKAGES
Bantastudio offers the client several ways to contract for design services:

CONCEPT PACKAGE
This package is ideal for the client who requires an idea, a schematic plan or a concept. Whether this is for a feasibility study, an investment package or for follow on work where the budget does not allow a full commitment to consultants at the outset, this package will typically include:

1. An overall idea for the project that will give it a centralized design theme.
2. Space planning:
   • Bantastudio will produce a scheme to fit the site/existing building which the client can use as a guide.
   • If it is a hotel project, for example, and the operator has a prepared brief, Bantastudio will follow that brief and organize the spaces, circulation and F & B outlets to allow the best and most efficient use of space (this is a specialized capability).
3. Set of plans and sketches sufficient for feasibility studies, discussion with other members of the design team, etc.
4. Image boards to convey the overall concept, visual environment, suggested color and material palette, etc.

Optional:

5. Colored renderings in digital format that can be used for marketing collateral, investment portfolios, promotional packages, etc.
6. Three dimensional (3D) constructs or fly-throughs of the various spaces for use on websites, marketing, etc.

FULL INTERIOR PACKAGE
This package includes full interior design services that would include all four Phases of the typical interior design process and would take a project from consultation with the client through to completion/occupancy.

FULL INTERIOR PLUS PACKAGE
This package includes all the services of the Full Package plus any additional professional services the client might require such as:

GREEN DESIGN
In keeping with the ongoing concerns for environmental stewardship, we design interior environments, specify materials and fabrics as much as possible using selections that are in keeping with Green Design. As more and more vendors are making concerted efforts to manufacture within green guidelines, the range of choice is expanding. We are certainly sensitive to energy and material conservation. Bantastudio can also bring specialists on board for everything from material specifications to environmental controls. In some areas, local government agencies will offer the client incentives if a concerted effort is made to save energy, minimize waste, etc. In most cases, the “green” approach not only helps the environment, but, by definition, saves the client money on maintenance and utility costs.
